All gloss sales are final for hygiene reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement with proper proof (photo + order number) within 5 days of purchase.

No refunds or exchanges on used products.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if not yet shipped.
