All sales are final due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic items. Replacements are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders with proper proof (photo + order number) submitted within 5 days of purchase.

Orders must be accurate at checkout. BossBaddiez is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Processing and shipping times may vary. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
